An English combination pistol-dagger c 1840 with an almost straight wooden grip and an octagonal c 8,3 cm long barrel in calibre c 8 mm market with Birmingham proofs and DAYS Pat. for John Day, who patented the trigger mechanism in 1823. The blade is c 18 cm long. And another of the same type with a large butt, a back-action lock with a sliding safety, c 12 cm long round barrel in calibre c 10 mm mounted on top of the c 21 cm long Bowie type blade.

All iron spotted.
