“Flag Halyard Chair”. Easy chair with original white lacquered steel frame with black rubber “shoes”. Chromed steel top with flag halyard. Later headrest upholstered with black leather. Later white sheepskin included. Model GE 225. Designed 1950. This example manufactured approx. 1960s by Getama, with maker's label.
Model presented at The Arts & Crafts Spring Exhibition at Designmuseum Danmark in 1950.
