Kaj Gottlob (b. Copenhagen 1887, d. 1976)

A unique salon table of solid, patinated nut wood with eight carved “spiral” legs. Circular top inlaid with large flower marquetry, star shaped base inlaid with a compass rose. Made 1926 by cabinetmaker A.J. Iversen. H. 70.5 cm. Diam. 89.5 cm.

Provenance: Made on special order for present owner's grandfather. Consigned along with lot no. 986, 992 and 993.
