A brass mounted hunting flintlock rifle c 1775 with a thick butt with chin rest and patch box covered with wood, a flat unsigned lock with set trigger and a heavy octagonal barrel c 60,5 cm long in calibre c 18 mm rifled with 8 grooves.
Provenance: The Danish manor house Rathlousdal.
Pieces of wood is missing behind the lock, the fore stock replaced with a missing piece of wood on the right side, the fore sight is missing and a screw is replaced on the trigger guard.
