"Alt Ozier, Holzschnittblumen“. A set of five Meissen porcelain cups and saucers. Each moulded with a basketwork border to the rim, decorated in colours and gilt with flower sprays and scattered flowers, including the inside. And a sugar bowl with cover, finial of a repoussé flower. Crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue and impressed 52, saucers with various numbers (52, 2 and 63). Mid 18th century. (6)
Condition
One cup restored at the rim, one cup with crack, one with restored handle. Nicks. Wear to gilding. Saucers with various numbers (52, 2 and 63). Minor firiing fault to the rim of the sugar bowl, chips to finial.
