Peder Mønsted (b. Grenaa 1859, d. Fredensborg 1941)

From 1760 and c. 8 years on, Johannes Wiedewelt (1731–1802), incl. helpers made decorations for the park at Fredensborg with diverse groups, statues and decorations of various kind. These are still to be found in the garden to this day. The sculpture in the foreground depicts Perseus and Andromeda chained to a rock.
