Georg Thylstrup (b. Roskilde 1884, d. København 1930)

A round stoneware vase with incised motifs of swans and plant decor. Decorated with celadon glaze. Signed G. Thylstrup, 2499, 1/2499. Royal Copenhagen. H. 17 cm. Diam. 16 cm.

Normal patina due to age and use, including scratches and marks. The glaze has some significant crackles and one small irregularity from the firing.
