A Danish Regence silver coffee pot, of oval baluster shape, engraved with strapwork, carved wooden handle and finial. The reverse engraved with weight 37 lod. Maker Axel J. Krøyer, Copenhagen 1730. Weight 562 g. H. 22.5 cm.
The lid presumably later changed from chocolate to coffee pot.
Provenance: Former registrar at the Antiquarian Collection in Ribe, M.Sc. Aage Andersen (1929–2018).
