Flemming Brix, Finn Terman Frederiksen and Svend Erik Lorentzen (BFL), A Catalogue Raisonné of the Works of Theodor Philipsen, 2016, no. 279 and Vibeke Skov, A Catalogue Raisonné of the Works of Theodor Philipsen. BFL and VS are presumably mixing up two works in the same reference - one measuring 34×52 cm (sold at Bruun Rasmussen auction 1534, 2015 no. 1) and the present painting 33×44 cm (registered as 32×44 cm).

Condition

Minor retouches and crackles. In need of a light surface cleaning.
