A Gustavian painted sofa in the manner of the cabinetmaker Lars Söderholm, each side with carved borders, eight tapering and fluted legs. Sweden, late 18th century. H. 100 cm. L. 198 cm. W. 78 cm.
Lars Söderholm was master in Stockholm from 1785–1790. Ephraim Ståhl was apprentice at his workshop in the early years.
