A Danish Amager gilt silver “hovedvandsæg” vinaigrette, heartshaped, lid with two birds holding a crown, gilt interior, lid and body widely chased with rocailles, set with two clear facetted glass stones, stem with a pair of lions, on round base with balm hide. Maker Christian Nielsen Lindbach, Copenhagen 1767–1815. Weight 56 g. H. 8.5 cm.
