Two Austrian officers sabres after the pattern of 1837 in their scabbards. One is a so-called “Revolutionary” sabre with an etched c 83,5 cm long curved blade marked on one side FÛR GOTT FREIHEIT U VATERLAND and 13, 14, 15 MAERZ 1848 on the other in an iron scabbard with two suspension rings. The other of the same type with an unmarked c 85,5 cm long blade.

All iron spotted and somewhat rust marked.
