A German brass mounted hunntig rifle c 1740 with a light brown stock. The butt with patch box and chin rest, small banana shaped lock with set trigger, trigger guard with finger rest, c 57 cm. long octagonal barrel in calibre c 15 mm rifled with 7 grooves, wooden ramrod held by 2 brass pipes, ramrod and stock ends in bone.
Condition
The patch box cover presumably newer, an old repair to the triggerguard, the front sight is missing.
