A Danish silver “hovedvandsæg” vinaigrette, heartshaped, lid with medallion flanked by two men holding a crown, gilt interior, lid and body engraved with rocailles, front pricked with owner's initials and year JHA? 1821, round base with balm hide. Maker Cort Legan Rasmussen, Copenhagen 1773–1809. Weight 69 g. H. 10.5 cm.
