The “Chronometro Gondolo” pocket watch is a legendary timepiece documenting Patek's profitable Brazilian market and especially the commercial relationship between Patek and the retailers Carlos Gondolo and Paulo Labouriau that lasted from 1872 to 1927. In that period they retailed nearly a third of the entire Patek production. In 1902 they commissioned a pocket watch with technical specifications, Chronometro Gondolo, thus creating a collection that would inspire future Patek wristwatches.

The extract confirms the date of manufacture is 1906 and sold the 26th December 1906.
