Francis I, Holy Roman Emperor (1708–1765) and Archduke of Austria, who was to married Maria Theresa of Austria and father to Marie Antoinette, queen of France. Unsigned. Oil on canvas. 188×106 cm.

Condition

The canvas is relined. Several tears partially repaired/patched on the reverse. Numerous crackles and peelings of various sizes. In need of cleaning and tightening. Restoration advised.
