Swedish Grace
Freestanding mahogany cutlery cabinet with extensive marquetry of rosewood and light wood. Mounted on base with four pillars. Interior with 22 green stained cutlery drawers with carved wooden handles. Flip-up top, fittings and handles of copper. Made 1920s, Sweden. H. 116 cm. D. 50 cm. W. 107 cm.
Provenance: According to information from the seller, the cabinet was owned by Torsten Kreuger and placed at Häringe Castle, Sweden. Torsten Kreuger was the brother of Ivar Kreuger.
