Holga Reinhard (b. Præstø 1853, d. Copenhagen 1902)

Holga Reinhard was initially educated at Tegneskolen for Kvinder (The Womens Drawing School) under Vilhelm Kyhn, later at Tegne- og Kunstindustriskolen for Kvinder (The Womens Drawing- and Arts and Crafts School) in the summers of 1887 to 1889, and lastly at Kunstakademiets Kunstskole for Kvinder (The Art School for Women at The Royal Academy of Art) from 1889 to 1892. Reinhard mainly worked with genre motifs and portraits, especially focusing on childrens portraits, and she exhibited her work over a long period at Charlottenborg.
