A Saxon glass goblet, cuppa with facetted carvings in bottom, stem with facetted three balusters, on raised foot, cuppa engraved with crowned weapon flanked by cannons and flags. C. 1740. H. 20.5 cm.
The weapon is of the Nassauan with the Oranien weapon in the middle.
Acquired in Holland.
