A 1828 pattern Highland infantry officers broadsword with a c 83,5 cm. long double edged blade etched ARGYLL & SUTHERLAND HIGHLANDERS on one side and crowned WR? on the other in a leather wrapped metal scabbard,and two sporrans: one for Gordon Highlanders marked 4 VBGH 362, 2/6th VBGH as well as McFARLANE MAKER KINGUSSIE. The other a plain leather sporran for The Highland Light Infantry.
