Interesting collection of material from the Danish composer P. E. Lange-Müller. The collection incl. autographed music scores, more that 150 autograph and signed letters mostly from family members, miscellaneous Danish literature with owner’s (Langemüller) signature, orig. photographs and printed music score sheets.
Peter Erasmus Lange-Müller (1850–1926) was a Danish composer and pianist. His compositional style was influenced by Danish folk music and by the work of Robert Schumann, Johannes Brahms, and his Danish countrymen, incl. J.P.E. Hartmann.
