Gunhild Aaberg (b. Fridericia 1939)

A chamotte floor vase and a smaller vase modelled in resp. slightly four-sided and edged shape. Floor vase decorated with matte, light greyish blue glaze with rose glazed upper rim, on one side with a black glazed field. The lower part of the jar with ochre-yellow glaze. Signed Gunhild 81. H. 47 cm. W. 34. D cm. 31 cm. Vase with incised and partly openwork decor to upper sides. Decorated with brownish black glaze, the upper rim and decorated fields with light grey glaze. The inside decorated with blue glaze. Signed Gunhild. Unique. H. 16.7 cm. W. 15 cm. D. 10.5 cm. (2)

Condition

Normal patina due to age and use, including scratches and marks.
