Finn Juhl (b. Frederiksberg 1912, d. Ordrup 1989)

“Fireplace Chair”. Easy chair with solid teak frame, cross bars below seat. Seat and buttonfitted back upholstered with black savak wool, loose cushion and button fitted seat cushion upholstered with black and white striped savak wool. Model BO 46. Designed 1946. Manufactured by Bovirke.

Condition

Frame with repairs, including glued cracks and fillings on rails and armrests. One “wing” with chip. Unoriginal plugs in front legs. Wing with chip. Upholstery with light dirt.
