Børge Mogensen (b. Aalborg 1914, d. Gentofte 1972)

A pair of wall-mounted book shelves with solid wallnut sides and beech lamellas. Designed circa 1949. Made by cabinetmaker Erhard Rasmussen. H. 34. W. 63. D. 31 cm.

The interor presented at The Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Guild exhibition at Design Museum Danmark, 1949, consists the most interesting and sculptural pieces of furniture designed by Børge Mogensen.
