Provenance: The businessman Jacob Lachmann, refered to as the sugar king from the Skåne and Danish West Indies Sugar Industries. He was born in Odense, Denmark in 1844 and died 1909 in Snårstad, Sweden in 1909. J.L. got married in 1891 with his cousin Clara Mayer and they received a Flora Danica wedding gift set, and these are parts from here. In 1901 he purchased the Charlottenlund Estate.
