A German? silver mounted hunting hanger dated 1785 in its scabbard. The grip in antler, a chain from the pommel to the small quilion, straigt guard marked on the under side NS and 1785, a c 53 cm long single edged blade decorated on one side with a lion and leopard, on the other with two dogs chasing a wild boar and a deer in af black leather scabbard with two mounts. In the upper mount a small later knife.
The blade somewhat spotted, the leather on the scabbard worn, the silver in need of polish.
