An amethyst and diamond ring set with a fancy-cut amethyst and three brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in 18k white gold. Weight app. 11 g. Front 16×19 mm. Size app. 51.5.

Minor wear due to age and use. Appears with two beads on the inside of the ring shank, to change ring size.
