C. 1898. Russian movement. Matching 14k gold watch chain. Late 19th century. Total weight 100 g. Case diam. 47 mm. And a lady's 14k gold hunter case pocket watch. Case diam. 35 mm. Weight app. 34 g. (3).

Box included.

Provenance: Christian Frederik Rolffes, who was employed as a driver for the Danish King Christian IX. The watch has probably been a gift from Tsar Nicholas II of Russia at his visit in Copenhagen.

Condition

The watch works, but we do not guarantee for the functionality. Dial with haircracks. Decoration with missing areas of enamel. Case band with a few dents. Plexi glass with very worn rim, does not fit properly.
