“Dentist's lamp”. PH-4/4 pendant with nickel plated socket house. One layer opal glass top and middle shade. Frosted glass bottom shade. Stamped PH-4 Patented. Manufactured by Louis Poulsen. Circa 1931. Diam. 40 cm.
