A Russian wallet, carved in silver relief filled with gold leaf, set with two city scapes, presumably from St. Petersburg or Moscow, in the shape of gouache on bone, lined with red silk, amber lock. Mid-19th century. H. 6 cm. L. 7.7 cm.

Wear due to age and use, including silver and gold with minimal scratches/marks plus a short crack in the midle above the miniatures, worn interior and minor functional lock.
