Collection of pre-Columbian ceramics, consisting of two bowls with an impressed ring pattern and a small, round-bottomed jar. Quimbaya. Colombia and Ecuador. H. 5.5–8 cm. Bowls Diam. 10 and 10.5 cm. (3)

From a Danish private collection. Acquired in 1950 directly from a Danish doctor who was sent to South America in the 1940s and collected a large collection of pre-Columbian art and crafts there.

Condition

Number to bottom of the small jar, chip to rim, one handle missing.
