Former minister, Supreme Court prosecutor Henning Hasle (b. 1900 d. 1986) was in the period 1954–1964 chairman of the board of the National Association for the Fight against Cancer. In the period 1964–1970 he was its deputy chairman. He was also Polish consul in Aarhus in the 1930s until the outbreak of war.
