A carriage clock, gilded brass and facet cut glass case, the movement is visible, white enamel dial, chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals. Marked 'H.E. Holst's successor, Hans Liisberg, Copenhagen. Original travel case is encluded. Late 19th century. H. 13 cm. W. 9 cm. D. 8 cm.
H.E. Holst's efterfølger var Kgl. Hof-Instrumentmager-, Ur- og Kronometermagerfirma og er grundlagt i 1859 af Hans Edvard Holst (f. 1825, d. 1892) Forretningen gik i 1881 over til H. Liisberg (f. 1860).
