A Chinese Qing circa 1900 cloisonne seal paste box adorned with dragon and the flaming pearl. Diam. 6 cm. Wood stand enclosed.

Provenance: Engineer Rasmus Black 1871–1937, Sophus Black's elder brother, was employed by Northern Telegraph Company and stationed in China 1898–1917.

Chips at the interior of lid.
