Nils Thorsson (b. Eslöv, Skåne County 1898, d. 1975)

“Marselis” a.o. Two faiance dishes decorated with turquoise blue glaze. The biggest modelled in a four-sided shape, and with fish motifs. The smallest with tall sides. Signed resp. monogram NT for Nils Thorsson, Marselis, 2722 and 1463. Made by Aluminia. Diam. resp. 30.5 cm and 21.5 cm. (2)

Normal patina due to age and use, including scratches and marks. Both 2nd assortment. Smallest dish with glaze chip on upper rim and glaze defect on foot rim.
