Finn Juhl (b. Frederiksberg 1912, d. Ordrup 1989)

“FJ 53”. Freestanding two seater Brazilian rosewood sofa with “floating” armrests on brass fittings. Sides, seat and back upholstered with charcoal grey wool. Designed 1953. This example made 1960s by cabinetmaker Niels Vodder, not stamped. L. 128 cm.

Provenance: Bought by present owner in the 1960s.
