Collection of Chinese objects, consisting of larger and smaller stoneware figurines of laughing boys with underglaze blue belly belts, seated with attributes, two soapstone seals carved with foo dogs, a pair of inverted soapstone figures in the form of scholars standing with fly-whisk, and a patinated metal figure/lid in the form of a foo dog, raised on a small wooden base. 19th-20th century. Brought home by the current owner's family, who resided in China for a longer period at the beginning of the 20th century.
