Jeonghwa Seo’s work is inspired by the tactile effects created by combining different materials and formative elements, such as volume and shape.

An intriguing interplay between shape, material, softness and brutality, the Cylinder Bench is a formation of cast aluminium tubes and transparent acrylic. Sanded down to achieve an opaque, organic quality, the acrylic slab sits atop the aluminium construction, maximising the structural beauty throughout the bench.
