Tall, narrow vase and a small round bowl of glass. Vase in rectangular shape of clear and light blue frosted glass, the lower part of the vase with carved landscape motif decorated with enamel. Signed Daum Nancy, with the Cross of Lorraine. H. 34 cm. Bowl of smoke-coloured, frosted glass overlaid with brown and light green glass carved with motifs of bindweed. Signed Gallé. H. 6.5 cm. Provenance: The Glass Collection of King Frederik VIII of Denmark; the son King Christian X of Denmark; his son Hereditary Prince Knud of Denmark; his daughter Her Highness Princess Elisabeth to Denmark (1935–2018).
Patina due to age and use, including some surface scratches and marks. Vase with slightly uneven underside - slightly rocky. The inside of the bowl with limescale.
