Tetsumi Kudo, ascribed to (b. Japan 1935, d. Tokyo 1990)

The drawing was acquired together with the Tetsumi Kudo sculpture, which was offered for sale at the international auction in Bredgade 870, no. 687.

In September 1976 Tetsumi Kudo participated in Svend Hansen's exhibition “Death Leap” at Charlottenborg in Copenhagen alongside artists such as Nam June Paik, Daniel Spoerri, Erik Dietmann, Ben Vautier and others. The exhibition catalogue contains a number of texts by the artist: “About machine”, “Between cage and computer painting”, “About cage” and “Entretien avec Kudo” where the artist interviews himself.
The paper has turned slightly brown. Examined in frame.
