Frederiksgave or Hagenskov are i.a. known from Jens Juel's monumental painting of “The Ryberg family” depicting the merchant Niels Ryberg and his son and daughter-in-law with the manor in the background, that one at the National Gallery of Denmark (Inv.no. KMS6251).
