Two Danish Empire silver sugar bowls each with 12 non-belonging spoons, one with gilt interior, the other with presumably non-belonging pink glass liner. Maker Bendix Johan Schnee, Copenhagen, trade license 1796 and presumably Andreas Holm, 1802 a.o. Weight excl. glass liner app. 1084 gr. H. incl. handles 21.5–22.5 cm. (2)

Condition

Wear due to age and use. Some spoon slightly bent and few with repairs. Glass liner with minor chipping. The pieced bowl with few minor press marks to “border”. Partially engraved and punched.
