A Russian Neoclassical style mahogany bureau with vitrine cupboard adorned with openwork brass gallery, cylindric fall front enclosing fitted interior with small drawers and room for storage, writing surface of green gilt tooled leather. St. Petersburg, the bureau c. 1820, with later alterations and mountings. H. 241 cm. L. 116 cm. D. 59 cm.
