A Chinese blue and white porcelain jar, decorated with still life and Buddhist symboles. More recent wooden cover and base enclosed. Marked Chenghua, but Kangxi period 1662–1722. Total H. 27 cm.

Condition

Crack from the firing to bottom. Numerous minor surface marks and scratches. Cover and base slightly faded.
