China, Ming Dynasty, Board of Revenue, 1 Kuan (1000 Cash), 1368–1399, Pick AA10, printed on mulberry bark paper and stamped with the Red Seal of Emperor Hung Wu. Small tears, almost seperated along horizontal fold.

Provenance: Consigned by the grandson of the renowned Danish collector and engineer Sophus Black (1882–1960), who was stationed in China from 1902 to 1931.
