Provenance: Sven Havsteen-Mikkelsen was active in the resistance movement and after the war presented the painting to Else Johansen, who had been in the same group as him. Upon her death, the painting passed to the Bruckner family and has remained in this family ever since.
Minor premature crackle. Otherwise in good condition.
