These mirrors is characteristic of the works of Burchard Precht and his son Gustav. The use of gilded lead fruit basket for ornamentation are characteristic of their design. Originally from Bremen in Germany, Burchard settled in Stockholm in 1674 and provided furniture for the Drottningholm Palace.
