A Norwegian glass lantern with floral engravings, within a crown- shaped and foliate gilt metal frame, the inside fitted for one candle. Presumably from Hurdal, late 18th century. H. 82 cm. Diam. 38 cm.
The glass production in Hurdal was active from 1755 to 1895.
