The iconic Meisterstück fountain pen was first manufactured in Hamburg, Germany in 1924. For more than 100 years it has been true to its sophisticated and timeless character and with each pen nib being handcrafted from solid gold in Hamburg, Germany. There are more than 100 steps in the process of maning a Meisterstück fountain pen including creation of the individual parts, assembling the pen and testing.
