A. P. Weis writes on the stretcher: “Omstående Billede er malet af Marstrand og af ham skænket til min Fader Departementchef C. Weis”. This painting is painted by Marstrand and presented to my father C. Weis, head of department. Oil on canvas. 31×23 cm.

The canvas is relined. Minor crackles. A few minimal retouches. In need of a light surface cleaning.
